Event Proposal Form

The Cultural Engagement team are planning a week-long festival celebrating culture, research and collaboration across the University of Birmingham, from Monday 17th Friday 21st March 2014. We envisage the festival to be a free programme of exhibitions, talks, performances, workshops and screenings open to staff, students, alumni and beyond. This year, weve introduced a theme of Life & Death but dont worry if your event doesnt fit with this, please do send in your ideas anyway. It is the responsibility of the event planner/department to finance, resource, staff and deliver their proposed event(s).
