8. Major issues/conclusion
1. Lack of smoke detectors while this issue is not critical to the
health of the home,
feel it is an important safety consideration for
the occupants.
2. Adhesive tape patching on roof There are one or more leaks in
the roof. Water
intrusion can do serious damage to the wood cielings over time
and will also
weaken the structural integrity of concrete.
Overall, this house is in good shape minus the roof issue. You may
have to replace the pool pump in the near future. All other living
convenience systems are in good working order.
