PART 1: Reunited Together [Isabella wakes up, finding herself in a park.] Bonnie That was a strange dream. Where am I? [Looks at mobile phone missed calls & text messages from Queenie Where are you?] Oh no! The play! I must go and find the others! Meanwhile. [Rest of the players waiting for Bonnie] Queenie Has anyone called Bonnie? Is she coming? Stella I tried, shes not picking up. Snow If she doesnt show up, theres no way we can do this play. Could we get someone to fill in? Queenie No way, no one could play Pythia as well as her. Flora Guys, the teachers got the people from the SACE board coming to assess us. If Bonnie doesnt show, were screwed. Stella [looks over shoulder]!!Bonnie!! [runs to bonnie] [Everyone looks in that direction] Flora Oh my- Bonnie! Over here! [Bonnie casually walks over to join the group] Bonnie Guys! Hey! Sorry Im late Snow Bonnie, where have you been? We are due to perform in less than half an hour! Bonnie Yeah.sorry about that. Its kind of a long story Queenie Well, the important thing is that youre here now. Come on, weve gotta get ready.

PART 2: Preparing to go on stage Stella Why are you making me do this? I feel sick, I cant do it! Queenie I know youre nervous Stella, but we can do this okay? Just do your best. Bonnie Come on guys, weve got this! Youve got me in your group, nothing could go wrong! Snow I know that youre excited Bonnie, but just try not to freak out t he audience with your acting. It can sometimes be a little. exaggerated. Flora No pressure guys but if we dont get a good grade for this well be stuck in year 12 forever. Queenie Guys were not going to fail year twelve, its all going to be fine! Deep breaths! Now, come on, were going on now.

PART 3: Performance [Plot: Two friends (neighbours) whose parents have forbidden them to see each other, plan to sneak out to go to a party together and their parents dont know. The parents say that theyre a bad influence on each other. Whilst theyre on the way there, one of them gets hit by a car. The other friend goes to help her and gets hit by a car herself.] [Enter Queenie] Queenie Good morning everybody. My name is Queenie and I am privileged to be able to introduce this play to you. Today we will be performing a play called A True Friendship. Introducing Bonnie as Pythia, Flora as Thisbe, Stella as the wall and Snow as the thief. We hope you enjoy the performance. [Queenie depart stage; sit on seat to watch performance] Enter [Stella as] wall Stella (as wall) Before I begin, I should explain that I will be playing the wall that is between the houses of the two friends Pythia and Thisbe. Ill also be holding my hand like this [demonstrates hand position] to represent a hole in the wall that the friends speak to each other through. Enter [Bonnie as] Pythia Bonnie (as Pythia) Ugh. I hate the outdoors at night. Thisbe! You there? UGGHHH! Shes forgotten hasnt she? Brilliant. Thisbe! Where are you?...

Enter [Flora as] Thisbe Flora (as Thisbe) Pythia! Is that you?

Bonnie (as Pythia) Hey! Thank goodness you came, for a minute I thought you were going to ditch me and Id have to go to the party alone. Flora (as Thisbe) Haha, nah, Nah, whos party is it? Bonnie (as Pythia) So you are going then. Flora (as Thisbe) Yeah, course, but answer the question Bonnie (as Pythia) Its just at Ninnies house. Flora (as Thisbe) Ninnies, thats really close isnt it? Bonnie (as Pythia) Yeah its hella close, I was just gonna walk it there. Flora (as Thisbe) Right, well then Im just gonna leave now Bonnie (as Pythia) Dont wait for me, Ive just gotta fix my hair and then Ill meet you there in like
10 minutes.

Flora (as Thisbe) Ill seeya there. [leaves]

Queenie: [Enters stage]Thisbe arrives at Ninnies house, and decides to sit on the curb until Pythia gets there. While Thisbe is sitting on the curb outside Ninnies house she is encountered by the mugger. [Leaves stage] Snow (as mugger) Hi hate to inconvenience you, but Im a mugger and I have a firearm, so you know, Im gonna need to confiscate that wallet you got there. Flora (as thisbe) Im not giving you my wallet!! Leave me alone! Snow (as mugger) didnt didnt I explain the firearm or [Firearm accidently goes off, shooting thisbe] Snow (as mugger) uh. Oh er I [runs away] Queenie: [Enters stage] Pythia shows up and discovers the body, panicking she runs into the traffic where she is hit by a car, and killed. [Exists] The end of the play, the cast members and director move onto the stage and bow Backstage they talk about how well it went: Queenie Guys that went way better than expected! Flora I know right, I was worried I might slip up

Bonnie how good was I though?? I probably got as all As Snow sure Bonnie. But I think we all know who the star of the show was. [all look at stella] Snow and the Oscar goes to Stella for her outstanding performance in the character of: wall. Stella haha (jokingly) Id like to thank the academy. Queenie Do you guys wannna ask what we got? Snow Allright, Ill go and check. [Snow leaves stage] ***A report card with A is shown . The End
