DAY CAMP Sessions

Grades: 1-3 & 4-6 Session Fees: $125 per week, $35 for optional Thursday overnight, $50 to add round trip transportation for the week Come join us at day camp this summer! All sessions include daily swimming, arts and crafts, sports and boating. You can also sign up for an optional Thursday night sleepover at camp. This is a great program for girls who are new to camp! Transportation is available for an additional cost from Ginger Cascades Adventure Base Camp Statesville, Hickory & Lincolnton; Camp Pisgah Asheville & Arden; Keyauwee Program Center Colfax, Asheboro, Winston-Salem & High Point. PROGRAM AIDE FOR DAY CAMP

Fees: $65 and additional $50 to add round trip transportation for the week This program is for girls who have already been trained as Program Aides and want to assist at Day Camp. Girls must also attend the one-day camp specific training at the location for which they sign-up. This fee also includes the cost of the Thursday night overnight, which is required for all PAs. GIRL SCOUT LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE AT KEYAUWEE PROGRAM CENTER
July 6-11 Fee: $575/$625/$675 Grades: 6-12 Join GSCP2P and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) as we partner to provide the premier leadership experience for young women at the new Girl Scout Leadership Institute. Our program provides an integrative approach to personal leadership development, nurturing the elements needed to become a great leader. CIT I (COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING I) AGES 15-16

Ginger Cascades Adventure Base Camp: June 15-27 Camp Pisgah or Keyauwee Program Center: July 6-18, July 20-August 1 Fee: $450/$500/$550 Have you always dreamed of being a summer camp staff member? Welcome to the first step... the CIT program! This session gives girls a chance to develop skills as future camp counselors. Learn counseling and leadership skills, behavior management techniques and new songs. You will learn to help with camp activities, work with younger campers and, of course, have fun!

CIT II (COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING II) AGES 16-17

Ginger Cascades Adventure Base Camp: June 15-July 2 (Plus one more week as an intern) Camp Pisgah or Keyauwee Program Center: June 15July 1 (Plus one more week as an intern) Fee: $575 If you have already completed CIT I in a previous summer and have applied and been accepted as a CIT II, you will learn to work with staff and campers of all backgrounds and ages, hone your skills as a facilitator at program areas and get certified in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. Family Camp

Pick any Saturday between June 7August 9 to come and spend six hours playing at camp! CGC staff will take care of everything and make sure you have a CRAZY fun time! Ginger Cascades Troop Explorers Fee: Girl $100 / Adult $25 You and your troop can choose from a variety of camping activities. You may choose any date that works with your schedule that is either a Sunday-Tuesday, Wednesday-Friday or Friday-Saturday between the dates of June 15-August 1, 2014. All meals are included!
