INSTRUMENTATION

The instrument used in this study is a self-made questionnaire which aims to collect information from each family from the community and to identify possible problems and issues that the people of Sitio Namnam have. The survey questionnaires are prepared according to the level of understanding of the respondents. Validation and revision of the questionnaire was done to improve the choice of words and sentence construction, check the reliability of the questions, eliminate unnecessary questions, and therefore, eliminate errors and perfect the data collection instrument. It was presented to the core group members and to the people of Sitio Namnam.
