Welsh is a 1eltic language that is spo$en in the principality of Wales, with some spea$ers in 2atagonia in the south of ,rgentina. 3efore the si"teenth century, Wales had a rich literary tradition and everybody in Wales spo$e Welsh. ,fter the unification of Wales with England in 405/, Welsh was banned and it declined rapidly. It began recovering in last few years. 6ow it*s used in government, there is a Welsh '7 station and it is now taught in nearly all schools. I thin$ that Welsh will recover it self. 2eople love their language and because of their will Welsh is going to prosper. It*s not .ust a language. It*s a symbol of Wales and it carries history of this land. I am glad that there is some influential people in Wales that now this and that they are willing to do what ever it ta$es to save their language from dying out. I respect that and I would do the same if it was my language that we are tal$ing about.
