Formed as a specialist surveying and mapping organization, Al Jehat Company has diversified over the past three decades into various disciplines with an emphasis on high technology products and services. Information Technology, Training and Specialist Manpower Services are now an integral part of the company's business. Al Jehat Company is active throughout the Middle East employing in excess of 700 professional and technical staff. SURVEY DIVISION
Al Jehat Company is one of the largest and most technologically advanced survey and mapping organizations in the Middle East. Jatco currently has 45 survey teams plus logistic and office support staff involved in a variety of projects throughout Saudi Arabia Survey capability extends to all aspects of land, engineering and hydrographic survey. The range of services offered includes : o Topographic Mapping o Engineering Survey o GPS Sales & Support o Digital Data Conversion o Geographic Information Systems o Aerial Survey o Route Survey o GPS Survey o Bathymetric Survey o Facility Management

The Survey Division utilizes the latest software, hardware and automated mapping techniques in the preparation and presentation of spatial data. GPS and GIS Technologies are available to clients and the Division has the capability for transferring and delivering data in numerous digital formats. Jatco personnel are qualified to recognized international standards. The General Manager of JATCO is a Fellow of the (UK) Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with more than 30 years of survey experience. Logistic support is available throughout the region. The Company owns a fleet of vehicles, plus mobile offices & accommodation and operates garage facilities with mechanics and technicians available to support remote area projects. Tariq Al Amoudi Surveying Office (TASO) is a Saudi Licensed Survey Company under the same ownership as Al Jehat Company. TASO is assigned to survey projects which require official certification. Al Jehat Company are agents for Trimble and Nikon survey equipment (details are included under Survey Instrument Division.

INSTRUMENTATION DIVISION Al Jehat Company are representatives in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for Trimble survey & construction equipment including GIS & GPS instruments. Al Jehat Company were appointed Geotronics agents in 1985 and gained 17 years experience in the sales and support of Geodimeter, Spectra Precision and Zeiss survey equipment. When these companies were acquired by Trimble in 2002 Al Jehat Company became authorized Trimble dealers. Comprehensive technical support is available throughout Saudi Arabia. Trimble trained specialists are on call to provide demonstrations, seminars and training. JATCO operates a Trimble Service Center for the maintenance, repair and servicing of Trimble equipment. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION Since the early eighties Al Jehat Company has acquired extensive I.T. experience and today provides consultancy, systems design and turnkey implementation services Company capabilities extend from the supply of computer consultants to the performance of turnkey Information Technology projects. Al Jehat Company retains several long term contracts with Saudi Aramco for the supply of I.T. services. Other clients of the Division include Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) Group of Companies and Saudi Electric Company (SEC). Al Jehat Training Institute is Microsoft Certified and works closely with the IT Division on issues concerning the training of Company personnel and Corporate Clients.

HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION The Human Resources Division supplies highly qualified technical and professional staff to Middle East clients. Individual consultants or project teams are available for short and long term secondment. The Company has wide ranging contracting and consultancy experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, as well as the commercial and financial sectors. At present over 660 personnel are on assignment to clients at various project locations throughout the Middle East. The Company has contracts with Government Organizations for the provision of Engineers, Teachers and Trainers, Computer Consultants and Communications Experts. JATCO has provided specialist manpower services to the oil industry in general and Saudi Aramco in particular for 30 years. To service client and in-house requirements the company retains a worldwide network of affiliates and agents in USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Philippines, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka enabling access to a large databank of qualified and experienced consultants and technicians. Al Jehat company also has a well developed Saudization Program. Working with Al Jehat Institute the HR Division has developed training courses and on-the-job schemes to encourage and assist Saudi nationals to enter the workplace. TRAINING DIVISION (Al Jehat Training Institute) Training and Education of Saudi nationals is the cornerstone of Saudi Government policy. Saudisation influences all aspects of business in Saudi Arabia. Consequently Training is considered by Al Jehat Company a sector of which has the potential for significant growth. Al Jehat Company has conducted various in-house and client training programs since the early 1980's. The growing demand from corporate clients and individuals for I.T. and English courses conducted to the highest international standards led to the formation of Al Jehat Training Institute in 1998. This Institute is licensed by the General Organization for Technical Educational and Vocational Training. Al Jehat Training Institute is a Certified Microsoft Center offering both short courses and long term diplomas. In Dammam, JATCO provides modern facilities and a wide variety of courses. Training facilities are also available in Riyadh and a Ladies Institute is operational in Dammam. Training is conducted by experienced and qualified faculty members using state of the art equipment and teaching aids. Course content is continually updated and flexible timetables are arranged to suit student availability. Al Jehat Institute is also licensed to provide English Language teaching. All levels of tuitation are available from beginners English to language training international professionals and business people. The Training Division works with all other Divisions to support the Company Saudisation Program. Al Jehat Company is one of the largest suppliers of teachers and trainers to Saudi Aramco. Currently 180 specialist trainers are working at this client's facilities throughout Saudi Arabia. Specialist trainers include English, Math, Physics teachers, IT trainers and Job Skills instructors.

JOINT VENTURE DIVISION This Division was formed to diversify Company skills and to assist overseas companies establish a presence in Saudi Arabia. Al Jehat Company has developed the resources and management structure to enter into various forms of business association with foreign partners. A range of partnership options are available including local sponsorship, branch office representation, agency arrangements or joint venture equity participation. In addition to administration and support facilities, assistance is available with sales and marketing and project coordination. Current partners in the region include: RPS Energy Ltd. RPS Energy are a specialist Seismic Interpretation Organization with worldwide experience in the oil industry. DSM Geodata is a UK survey organization with expertise in Digital Mapping and Geographic Information systems. TRIMBLE are manufacturers of Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers, precision distance measurement instrumentation and data collection systems. In addition TRIMBLE are the worlds largest and longest established company in the field of laser technology and machine control systems. Geophysical Services Ltd. (Bahrain) are involved in sub surface investigation and utility mapping. The JATCO / GSL Joint Venture is currently active in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
