Will of Mr. GODOFREDO UY, Deceased, Anastasia Uy, Petitioner. x--------------------------------------------------x PETITION PETITIONER, through counsel, most respectfully states: 1. That deceased, Mr. Godofredo Uy died on August 8, 2010 , in the city of S.P. No. ______ Probate of Will

Iloilo , Iloilo, Philippines, which was his residence at the time of his death, leaving a will, a copy of the said will is herewith attached and marked as Annex A and made integral part hereof; 2. That Mrs. Anastasia Uy is the person named as executor in said will, and

said person consents to act as such executor or renounces his right to the letters testamentary; 3. That the names, ages and residences of the heirs, legatees, and devisees of

the aforementioned decedent are the following: Amanda Uy, Filipino, 30 years old,single and residing at brgy. Cuartero jaro, Iloilo City; Evangeline Ng, Filipino, 25 years old, married to Wilmer Ng and residing at Lapaz, Iloilo City; Eden Ong, Filipino, 20 years old, married to Alberto Ong and residing at Molo, Iloilo City. 4. That said deceased left properties, both real and personal with

approximate value of Ten million five hundred thousand pesos (P10,500,000.00). 5. That letters testamentary are prayed for the aforementioned Mrs. Uy who

is named as executor in the will. 6. That the will has been delivered to this court.

WHEREFORE, petitioner likewise prays that, after the due notice and hearing, the aforementioned will of the deceased Mr. Godofredo Uy be approved and allowed, and letters testamentary be issued to Mrs. Anastasia Uy.
