Morning wake up stretches.


1. Move arms overheard in a climbing motion. Repeat 10 times.

2.Position left arm across chest. Press gently on elbow for counts. !ook over left shoulder. Repeat other side.

".#lasp hands behind head$ gently draw elbows backward. %old counts& release. 'e careful not to push head forward.

(. Raise both shoulders$ circle them backwards times.

.)lternately point one foot forward as you point the other backward. Repeat 10 times.
