BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETINGS

FOR THE 2009-10 SCHOOL YEAR THE BOARD

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education for the Hartford Public Schools, approves the schedule for
Board of Education meetings for the 2009-10 school year.

WORKSHOPS REGULAR MEETINGS

December 1 @ Naylor School December 15

January 5 @ 960 Main Street January 19

May 4 @ Simpson Waverly Magnet School May 18

June 1 @ Kinsella Magnet School June 15

Board Retreat (TBD)

Except as indicated above, all Workshops are held on the first Tuesday of each month, and Regular Meetings
are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Workshops will not be held in July and August.

Locations for these meetings will be confirmed. Any changes will be made available to the public in advance
of the meeting.
