Dear Mr. ECLEO: We write in behalf of our client DETERMINED RESOURCE INC. It has come to our attention what you executed a contract with our client consisting of the following projects to be conducted starting August 15, 2013 wit: (1) Road Development and Rehabilitation Project; and (2) Reinforced concrete Piping on Andap Road; For this reason, who have incurred an amount totaling to Ten Million Six Hundred Thousand (P10,600,000) Pesos of Construction Work Project with them. With honored the initial payment you made in cash to our client on October 9, 2013 after our client issued and delivered a Final Billing Statement on October 8, 2013. Up to this date, the remaining balance amounting to Eight Million Seven Hundred Thousand (8,700,000) Pesos remains to be unpaid and the efforts have been made by our clients to contact you but you never answered their calls or took step to communicate with them. In this regard, a demand is hereby made that you settle your obligations with our client within five (5) days from receipt of this letter. Should you fail to do so, we shall be compelled to take necessary legal steps against you to protect the interest of our client.
