My Experience In Intrams

The one life event that I had was the Swimming Intramurals. Last week, Friday, 24th of January, we had Intrams. So, we started walking to the swimming pool. After that, we changed into our swimming attire and got ready. We prayed before swimming. Then, we started arranging the line-ups for the events. These events are Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke. I soon volunteered for three events. The Freestyle, Backstroke and Freestyle Relay. It was my time to go down and swim to my very best. I did the sign of the cross before swimming. I soon closed my eyes and focused. The whistle blew and it was time to go! I went off swiftly as I could. I could see one of my opponents ahead of me for a couple of meters. I swam as fast as I could. I went going ahead of the other players. And soon, got the second place. I went off the pool and my classmates were there trying to help me with their hands. I got up and they congratulated me. I had to rest for another event which was the Backstroke. This stroke was very unfamiliar to me. I could see from the other players who were doing this and they seem like theyre having a hard time. So it was finally my turn. I went down again. Did the same thing as I did with the Freestyle event. The whistle blew again. Apparently, I was one of the last. I was pissed so I went off the pool. I had this one last and final event which was not much of a disaster. It was Freestyle Relay. I was so exhausted but I just had to swim for this last event. I did my very best. After a while, it was almost my turn. I went down and my classmate tapped my palm as a sign that it was already my turn. I swam so fast, and luckily, we won first place.
