The Cause
Type 2 Diabetes is caused when there is a problem in the way your body makes and/or uses insulin. Insulin is used to move blood sugar into cells. When in the cells it is stored for later use of energy.

Carbohydrates
Carbohydrates are the main biomolecule of type 2 diabetes and also any of a large group of organic compounds occurring in foods and living tissues and including sugars, starch, and cellulose, it has the biggest impact on blood sugar because 90% are broken down into glucose.
Foods to Avoid
Avoid:nachos,coffee drinks mochca etc,biscits and gravy,battered sh,fruit juice,chinese food,cinnamon rolls,cookies,french fries,fried chicken,pie,smoothies,processed lunch meat,hamburgers,frozen meals,doughnuts,cake,soft drinks,avored water,pizza,milk shakes These foods may taste good but it is not a good idea to eat them with diabetes. Many of them contain high salt content and lack nutrients you need in your body.
Gastroparesis
Gastroparesis, otherwise known as delayed gastric emptying, is a disorder where, due to nerve damage, the stomach takes too long to empty itself. It frequently occurs in people with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Symptoms of gastroparesis include heartburn, nausea, vomiting of undigested food, an early feeling of fullness when eating, weight loss, abdominal bloating, erratic blood glucose levels, lack of appetite, gastroesophageal reux, and spasms of the stomach wall.
