My Report about coal

Introduction

This is a my information report about coal. This will tell you what is coal, How is coal affecting our Environment and How is coal made. This report will contain pictures and descriptions to help you understand more about coal.

This picture shows coal. This shows that there is a lot of coal but later there will be none.

What is Coal?

Coal is a combustible sedimentairy rock,that means it can be burt well.! Layers of dead plants in swampy forests trapping the energy in layers of dirt and water, the heat and pressure turned it into coal Coal is a non renewable resource that will eventually run out. It is also a abundant fossil fuel which means that is easy to nd and there is a lot of it. !

This picture shows that coal can cause big problems for the environment, such as acid rain.

How coal is affecting problems for the Environment

! Burning fossil fuels is the most common way to produce electricity. Fossil fuels include coal, oil, natural gas and when burnt it releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The burning of fossil fuels cause big problems to the environment such as global warming and acid rain. We are worried that the fossil fuels will eventually run out in 20-30 years. We have to develop better ways to use renewable energy sources like wind and water power to create energy.

How is coal made ?

Coal is made from dead plants and Animals underground for a period of time. Then, Miners dig up coal and give it to people to use for Electricity, bonres, replaces and e.t.c.

This picture shows that if we recycle, reuse and reduce our world would be green but, if we don't reduce, recycle and reuse our world would not be green.

Conclusion
This information report was about coal. In this report you learned about what coal is, how coal is made and how coal is affecting our environment. As you can see from this report coal is a non-renewable resource and later we won't have many coal left or even no coal, so now we need to manage coal carefully.
