Why we demands monkey born and brought up in human habitat and blue bulls de listed from the wildlife

Protection Act, 1972 cover? General public feel problem, due to these said animals in human habitat and shifting of monkey and blue bull to the forest back is also a problem due to their protection cover because said Act needs permission from both area DFO's from where these monkeys needs to be captured and released, where as releasing area DFO never grant permission, only solution is to keep these animals in the rescue centers but these rescue centers also required permission from CZA under section 38-H of the said Act, if these animals can be de listed then easily handled as stray cows, recognized NGO's can come forward

to adopt these animals for treatment, care and shelter in rescue centers as gaushala for blue bull and monkeyshala for these monkeys, born and brought up in human habitat, they looking like wild monkey as per their shape and size but don't have wild character. The Ministry for Environment and Forest de listed the Japanese quail from the protection cover of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and same procedure required in the case of monkey in the habitat of human beings and blue bull as well. Hence being a non official member of State Board for Wildlife, Haryana humbly requested to the Ministry, please forward my proposal to the National Board for Wildlife for further consideration in the interest of public, animals as well.
