What needs to be accounted for? E.g.:

Tourism and non-tourism, e.g. highways, hospital, airport, railway, visitor centre

Issues of social capital, e.g. clubs, NGOs, political parties Dispersion occupations , ethnicity, age, education, socio-economic Community preferences, e.g. development objectives

Tourism related statistics


Businesses, visitor numbers

Local government documents, e.g. Town Planning Scheme, Tourism Plan; Strategic Plan Indigenous issues - Land Rights; Native Title; related issues

Work assignments and sub-projects


Identifiable parts of the project to be called sub-projects Assign sub-projects to

Natural work breakdowns

Activities placed on the timeline but with team members identified with activities
Gantt chart Review the budget Include costs of producing the plan Flagging

Post-it notes are useful for notes placed on a banner page of timeline details; if using Word or Excel, can use call-outs and comments features
