We are trying to make a website for a eyewear shop to manage its daily sale work which was manual up till now. Manual work was too time consuming up till now and required a lot of paper work. So to reduce the complexity and time consumption we have decided to computerize it by making a website project on it.we want to promote online sales which would be initial part of this project. The features that we are planning to incorporate are : front end: Display the information regarding lenses(different model and types) Display model of specs (different model and types) Online order for eye lens and specs delivery stock of lenses (different type and companies) stock of frame cost (different brands and models) order status

OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the project is to design and develop an optical store website promote online sales online sales to reduce time and save money. To provide better services to cutomer Provides security to data by using login and password.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

Storing information of lens and specs.

Check availability of the lens and frame ordered by the customer.

Generating reports for delivered specs and frame

Storing information of the new stock and the current stock.

the initial cost incurred on services offered.

NEED The sale works are done manually. So the system is time consuming , because it involves paperwork . To manually handle the system was a little difficult task . The online sales website is being made to develop a paper-free easy environment. The following are the reasons why the current software was needed to be developed : To increase sales with reduced cost. To reduce the burden of paper work. To save time of customers display. To generate delivery reports.
