    COMPLAINT
    The undersigned, Hannah L. Raymundo, accuses Roberto H. Manotoc of the crime of
    Simple seduction, committed as follows, to wit:
    That on or about July 10, 2012, at about 2:00 pm in the City of Cebu, Philippines and
    within the jurisdiction of this honorable Court, the said accused Roberto H. Manotoc did then
    and there willfully had sexual intercourse with the undersigned, Hannah L. Raymundo, 16 years
    of age and of good reputation, inside the undersigneds room in her house while the her parents
    were still at work. Prior consent from the undersigned was secured through deceit when accused
    promised to marry her.
    Cebu City, Philippines, August 18, 2012
