The

faculty, staff, and community of Ulrich Intermediate School are committed to creating lifelong learners in an atmosphere of respect and responsibility, promoting positive attitudes in a safe, nurturing environment and establishing standards of academic and character excellence which allow students to reach their maximum potential.

All

students will master the TEKS and pass the STAAR test for their grade level. All teachers will be highly qualified in their content area and will receive the necessary professional development and tools to provide quality instruction in the classroom. All students will demonstrate academic and personal integrity. All students will be encouraged to achieve the highest level of academic achievement through participation in Pre-AP courses.

The

Klein ISD College Readiness System is an elective class that follows the concept of open enrollment. At the intermediate and high school level, the classes are available as an elective to all students. Path classes will help those enrolled to prepare for success in college and/or careers.

As

administrator over Klein Academic Competition this year I am proud to announce that our team brought home 8 awards and a trophy for third place in science overall. This was three times the schools previous record.
