To Whom It May Concern:

I was fortunate enough to hire Benjamin Nesbit as an instructor for our English as a
Second Language program while I was the School Director at DPT Business School in
Denver, Colorado. The curricula included 720 hours of classroom instruction covering
grammar, pronunciation, writing, listening, etc.

Ben taught mostly at nights (6:00 pm to 10:00 pm). Hours that normally are difficult for
students to attend regularly, and instructors to maintain the demeanor that encourages
students to participate and learn. From the very beginning I noticed that Ben has a “gift”
as most excellent educators do for teaching. His students responded very favorably to his
teaching style and consistently showed up to class and gave me positive feedback on his
teaching techniques.

Ben has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition. He has
found his passion for teaching, and I am hopeful that he will remain in this profession for
a number of years so that he will continue to change the lives of many people.

Any school would do well by hiring Ben as an instructor, and the students would be
