Sir, It is confirmed that Naresh Kadyan annual increments with held illegally from 1-4-2000 to 1-7-2009 and 1-7-2013 along with 1-4-1995 violating the Chief Secretary instructions because there are no charge sheet pending against Naresh Kadyan as on 1-4-2000, Annual Confidential Reports needs to be treated as blank, if not recorded by the reporting and accepting Authorities of the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board, when Chairman stateside the order of Chief Executive and then annual increment was with held as on 1-7-2013 with out any justification? The National Khadi and Village Industries Boards Employees Federation demands immediate release of all annual increments due to Naresh Kadyan may kindly be released other wise we shall be compelled to move before the court of law for natural justice. It would be pertinent to mention here that second ACP needs to be granted at once, stepping up of pay needs attention, as per orders of the Chief Secretary.
