Responsible for Creating & follow-up Employees evaluations, Employees appraisals, Job Analysis& Description, Specification & orientation Program Responsible for putting training plan for the companys employees based on the companys policy plus the individuals needs Establishing of training policies on the company. Qualifications: Recruitment and Performance appraisal Organizational Structure, Training and Development Employee relations & HR procedures Compensation and Benefits, Job Analysis & Description Bachelor degree in a relevant field Post graduate studies in Human Resource Management
