ISRAELSS RESOLUTION FOR THE ISREAL PALESTINE CONFLICT The General Assembly, Fully aware of the confrontation going on between two religious peoples, Deeply regretting the deaths of Israelis and Palestinians, Realizing that something must be done to secure peace within the Middle East, Seeking the benefit of millions of people, both Israelis and Palestinians alike, Alarmed by the number of hostilities to Israelis from Palestinians, Aware that a majority of Palestinians dont have proper homes, but the Jewish people of Israel do not have a home, except Israel, therefore must stay, Reaffirming that Palestine has rejected many peace offerings, not only from Israel, but from the world community, as stated by Mitchell Bard The Palestinians have actually had numerous opportunities to create an independent state, but have repeatedly rejected the offers, Having studied the argument that the Israelis took over the land without consent of the Palestinian officials, Deeply disturbed by possibility of Israel losing their Jewish identity to their Islamic neighbors, Bearing in mind that the Israelis will have to sacrifice their way of living to make the Palestinians better,

1. Urges the need for a two state solution, one being the state of Israel and the other being the state of Palestine: (a) These borders will consist of the 1967 Partition Plan;

(b) Any country, either an ally of Israel or Palestine will receive sanctions if they turn down this negotiation; (c) If any conflict erupts, military force from the UN will be deployed 2. Further proclaims that any neighboring nation must take in remaining refugees as full citizens to their country; 3. Approves of a yearlong plan, where any Palestinian can move into Palestine, or an dislocated Israeli to Israel, without any conflict from other countries:

(a) This will be paid by volunteering countries and monitored by the UN; (b) This will be free for any Israeli or Palestinian; (c) Any person who lived in the British Mandate for Palestine, or has a direct relative, can move; (d) Countries that give money will receive aid for any upcoming events, economical or natural; 4. Endorses that Palestine has right of entry to Jerusalem and any other Holy sites; 5. Recommends that there will be a special airline that flies Palestinians from the West Bank to The Gaza strip: (a) This will be monitored by the UN and paid for by the United States of America in order to improve relations; (b) This airline will come to a very low cost to any Palestinian; 6. Considers having a committee from each state to monitor each others actions: (a) This committee can be voted by the government; 7. Takes note of any illegal settlers and requires them to move within two years or obtain citizen ship in the country where their home is: (a) If they do not do either they will be forcefully deported; 8. Encourages that Israel will give aid to Palestine, in the beginning of creating their countries government and whenever in need;

9. Strongly condemns any organizations, governments or groups, that will terrorize anybody in any case; 10. Expresses the hope that peace will prevail with this resolution.
