Course Objective
Demonstrated professional responsibility and accountability to collaboratively plan, implement and/or evaluate a health promotion project relevant to the community population served, using elements of the course website such as the learning system and regular, punctual communication with preceptor and faculty.

Yes Marissa her projects enthusiastically and demonstrated professional manner in her interactions with staff and students. She worked collaboratively on the Healthy Eating/ Healthy Minds presentation, as well as providing an informative PowerPoint on Stress.
Yes Applied their knowledge to support population assessment, collaborative and evidence informed health promotion project development, implementation and process and outcome evaluation. Made and displayed posters to reinforce the ideas in her presentation with students. Students often stop in the hall to comment positively about the information on the posters. The posters approached the subject in a manner related to the age and understanding level of the students. Always

Yes Demonstrated knowledge of relational practice in project development, respectful of group process, leadership/followership, and collaborative practice to meet the needs and build capacity of the population in the given context. Both presentations supported curriculum for academic as well as directives from the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education regarding Mental Health Initiatives.
