com Mesquite ISD 405 East Davis Street, Mesquite, TX 75149 Dear MISD, I am interested in applying for a teaching position at one of your wonderful Elementary schools. I have one year field based teaching experience in Kindergarten, Fourth Grade, and Art. I will be graduating from Texas A&M Commerce on May 10th, 2014 with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (EC-6) Generalist with an ESL Concentration and a Minor in Art. My mission as a teacher is to instill a love for learning in all of my future students. My fun personality combined with my always improving class room management skills and "outside the box" imagination will help me to successfully fulfill my goal. I take pride in being able to have a genuine connection with students and look forward to continuing those bonds in the future. It would be my pleasure to contribute to a hard working team at MISD and I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your time, Darby O'Neal
