ABSTRACT
To provide a smooth flow for the ambulance to reach
the hospitals in time and thus minimization of the expiration of human. In this technology, in order to improve the speed and accuracy MEMS sensors were used. The 3D MEMS accelerometer sensor produces XYZ calibration to which any irrelevant calibration /acceleration in the vehicle the accurate location can be detected by GPS technology and the information is passing towards the ambulance by GSM network. The Ambulance comprises of a Reader section to which the medical details of the person can be received by the receiver. The person section comprises of an inbuilt RFID transmitter through which the medical history of the patient can be introduced. In the ambulance section stimulates the shortest path

PROPOSED SYSTEM
In proposed system if a vehicle has met
accidents, immediately an alert message with the location coordinates is sent to the Control center. From the control center, an message is sent to the nearby ambulance. The vehicle accident observed using MEMS sensor and in the control section it is received by the microcontroller and sends the message to the ambulance. Medical details of the person are stored The shortest path is determined by NS2.

CONCLUSION
In this project the accident detection and the
rescue can be determined with MEMS sensor and can pass the information through GPS and GSM technology to the hospital and also to the owner of the vehicle. In the recovery situation the patient health can be monitored with the help of RFID system in both the person (RFID transmitter) and ambulance part (RFID receiver). The shortest path to go to the hospitals can be determined with the help of NS2 simulator.
FUTURE WORK
In future this project will be implement using bio-
chip technology through which the records of the patient can be maintained by the chip itself. The records cannot be carry through RFID it can be taken with the help of chip fitting inside to the human
