Engineer a Crop

I just created a transgenic plant by inserting one or more genes into the DNA of the plant's chromosomes. The gene can come from the same type of plant, but sometimes it comes from another type of plant or even another type of organism. The process wasn't all that hard it reminded me of the lab we did in s. !!'s called recombinant DNA. I remember at first when we did the lab I had no idea what I was doing, but once I started writing my lab essay for it it all started to ma"e sense to me. #o reading about $ crops wasn't very confusing which was good.
