Human Resource Policies:NAME OF THE ORGANISATION: INFINITE ASPIRATIONS LTD GENERAL POLICIES: 1) Flexi-Working Hours: An employee can come

to the organization at any time but the minimum working duration is 9 hrs. 2) Vacation policy: Every year the employees will be taken on a tour of 3 nights and 4 days to various national holiday destinations. 3) Recreation policy: Recreational activities will be conducted by the organization like yoga, cultural events, games competition, parties on special occasions, picnics, etc. 4) Mediclaim policy: The organization will bear all the medical expenses when needed. An employee can get his health check-up done every six months through the organization free of cost. 5) Leave Policy: Every employee can take 3 days of paid leave every month. In case, an employee continues to work without taking a leave then the leave will be credited to the next month and finally, to the year end. If the employee fails to utilize some part or all of the leave it will be encashed and provided to him at the year end.

SPECIFIC POLICIES: 1) Paternity leave: If a male employee becomes a father, he can take a paternity leave of 2 months with pay. 2) Sponsorship activities: If an employee is talented in a particular field outside his work domain and can represent the company at state or national level in such activities, then the company will sponsor the employee for such events. 3) Cross functional policy: An employee, after spending specific time period in a particular department and becoming an expert in that department can switch to another department by acquiring proper training. So, it will upgrade his knowledge in a different field. He will also face it as a challenge, in order to excel in different fields. This policy will also prevent monotony in work. 4) Work education Trade-off: An employee can pursue higher education in a specific field of his interest. In this process the company will bear all the expenses that are incurred for the same but in return the employee should stay in the organization for 5 years after the completion of his education. 5) Employee Protection Policy: Our company will ensure full protection and safety of an employee under any circumstances. Employee protection will be our top priority. In this way an employee will feel a sense of belonging as he knows that his organization cares for him/her. This establishes a strong bond between the employee and our organization which in turn reduces the attrition rate.
