In the rate that were emitting right now I dont think thats not going to happen. We should take the ideas suggested on the article to consideration if not to action right away. We shouldnt only rely on high authorities and the government to do the entire job. If we make a positive progress Im sure others will follow too. Not only for the environment but for our sake we should start doing something.
