cKenneys equipped a central plant and piped utilities to production lines for a food packaging manufacturer moving into a larger facility. THE CHALLENGE In a very short timeframe, the McKenneys team had to build out the central plant and get every manufacturing line machine connected at the customers new packaging

plant. There was no time for pipe prefabrication at the McKenneys corporate campus, and there were no drawings linking utilities to production line machines being moved from the customers old facility. THE SOLUTION To expedite the work, McKenneys set up a fabrication shop on-site and drew spool sheets in the job trailer. To connect each machine, the foreman and project manager

visited the old facility several times to determine the utility needs for each production line. THE RESULTS The project was completed on time and under budgetexceeding the customers expectations. Pleased with the outcome, the owner decided to continue the relationship with McKenneys on future projects.
