    3 April 2014 To whom it may concern: Please excuse myself, Euscelle Grace Limen of BSN III-A, for not

    being able to get the 4th set of questions of the evaluative exam last 27 March 2014 due to my LBM that morning. Luckily, it lessened after a few times of come and go to the comfort room and I was able to go to school and get the 5th set. I hope that you will give me a chance to take what I missed.
