Heading in a New Keeping Kids Healthy

Direction
After seven years of serving at the Radio
Station, we have turned the radio station
over to national leaders and we’re kicking
back and relaxing. Just kidding. We are
preparing to open a leadership training
center in 2011. Right now we’re working on
the strategic plan for the center.
We were able to buy 113 mosquito nets thanks
to the combined efforts of Children of Promise
and Missionary Ventures Christmas projects.
Most children do not have mosquito nets even
though we’ve had a bad year for Dengue and
Yellow Fever. We have distributed over half the
nets already to all 46 children of promise kids
and siblings. Only 1 of the children already
owned a net!

We’re also busy working on our chicken

project, garden project, micro enterprise
ideas and asking God for wisdom for which
projects He wants us to embark upon with
the students.
