Councilmember Harris Announces Staff and Committee Appointments

A Seasoned Team for the District Two Office; Four Committee Appointments SAN DIEGO (April 14, 2014) Councilmember Ed Harris today announced his District Two office staff. Nika Bukalova will serve as Chief of Staff; Nicole Capretz will serve as Policy Director; Tracy Cambre will serve as Director of Communications; Steven Hadley, Chet Barfield and Rollin Bush will serve as Council Representatives; and Sandra Cowan will serve as Office Manager and Scheduler. I am privileged to have these individuals on my staff. This is an experienced and talented team that understands the importance of responding to constituent and community needs, and shaping policy thats positive for the residents of District Two, Councilmember Harris said. Additionally, Councilmember Harris has been appointed to sit on the following committees: Environment, Audit, Economic Development and Intergovernmental Relations, and Public Safety and Livable Neighborhoods. I look forward to serving with my council colleagues on these committees to address quality of life issues for San Diegans, and to improve efficiencies at City Hall, said Councilmember Harris. Council District Two includes the neighborhoods of Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Midway, Morena, Bay Ho, and parts of Clairemont and Linda Vista.
