The classroom management paper meets the third standard, learning environments, because it shows how the teacher works with his or her students to give them the correct environments to support their learning needs with positive social interaction, active engagement in learning, and self-motivation. Classroom management helps the students and teachers have the perfect environment for teaching and learning. Reflection: What I learned from doing this assignment is that as a teacher I will be able to have control of my classroom while still letting the students have as much control, as I believe they need in the classroom. I will not be changing rules or the system through the middle of the school year I will have everything including my classroom routine set at the beginning of the year, or as soon as possible.
