Why did I choose this topic? I chose this topic because I used to use media violence too when I was young such as action movie (fighting movie, fighting games) and I real love it .I didnt know that it is harmful for children and it could cause high mental problem for children and adolescent for example when I was 15 years old every times I watched movie action I suffered headache and I became aggressive. I also chose this topic because I would like to know how children and adolescent think about media violence. As computer programmer I used to make a game. My wish was to make a lot of game of violence on TV or iPods. Because many young children prefer to play violence game on computer or other technologies manufactures than other game but according to what I have learned in this book I am going to do different and make non violence game especially for children and adolescent.

1. Research on media show that Boys are more likely than girls to engage in physical aggression during childhood and adolescence. In contrast, girls are more likely than boys to use indirect, verbal, and relational forms of aggression. 2. Research on media Children affirm that children who more likely to watch media violence are more likely to fail in classroom 3. Research concludes media violence is behind of many criminals done by young children Adolescent. 4. Researches affirm that children consume media violence differently. Some of them media violence gives the feeling of being strong, and self control. 5. Research show that young children who consume more media violence view unpunished aggression as justifiable and punished aggression as unjustifiable 6. Comedies and violence sport are also leading aggression on youth children(conformed by department of psychologist who did research on media violence )

My Reflex ion on this book

Media violence have a big effect on young children and adolescents because their ages and minds are not able to support it as game of media , many of them need to do practice of what they have seen in movies, video games , and television , which are sometimes totally harmful in real life . Media and games of violence present images which are dangerous for children and many of them do practice for what they have learned in violent media and game as strategies of being a hero and addition of that the one who do more violence in the media sometimes will be considered as a hero and will not be punished. Many examples are one child who shot their classmates, other ones kills their neighbors, and others do more violence because of the Images they have seen in violent games and media additional of that it influence young children to engage in bad habits such as sexuality before age , eating disorders, drug use. Even if it is likely impossible to prevent all media violence every one have to know that violent media have high risks more than advantages for youth children and youths must deeply explained the effect of that on their lives and also the globes leaders , parents and violent media owners have to sit down and chose which things can help youth and figure out what is the better strategies to transfer messages on young children in order to change the world better and prevent violent action committed by children
