Basic Salary + DA towards the Provident Fund (PF) and deducts as equal percentage as your contribution, every month. The same is remitted to Regional Provident Fund Commission (RPFC), Bangalore, Karnataka the government body administering MphasiS Limited employees Provident Fund. After separation from the services of MphasiS Limited, you have two options available with respect to your Provident Fund. You can either withdraw your PF amount or transfer the same to your new employers PF account. Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your PF amount, you need to submit Forms 19 & 10c, duly filled and signed, to the MphasiS HR Team. As per Provident Fund Regulations, your forms shall be submitted to RPFC, Bangalore 60 days after your last date of working. A copy of the acknowledgement from RPFC will be mailed to your personal mail id as mentioned by you in the SSP Tool. The RPFC will remit the money directly into your bank account, as mentioned by your in the Forms. Once the forms are submitted, MphasiS Limited will have no control over the working of the RPFC. You need to coordinate directly with the RPFC, Bangalore for any update on your withdrawal (RPFC contact details are given below) Note In order to claim for withdrawal, at least one of the following conditions needs to be fulfilled: a) You should be going abroad for a long term, b) You should be not be employed, or c) You should be employed in an organization where PF is not deducted.
