Students will be able to know general facts about countries of Southern Asia regarding the countries government, economy, location, culture and physical characteristics.

8. After the e5pectations of the assignment have been e5plained and countries verbally assigned, students will work individually at their own computer on the research. 9. Students should be able to go through the log in process on their own, help will be provided for those who have forgotten :. Students will be given the remainder of the class period to work on their research of the country they have been assigned.

&ssessment/Eva uation:
&he teacher will grade student)s papers over the research of the students assigned country in order to accurately asses if the students not only know how to use an internet source for information, but also found accurate information.

C osure:
Students will be reminded that this worksheet will be the basis of a future assignment where they will be broken up into groups of two or three and create a power point presentation on their countries.
