Dear Ms. Eden, I note that the Australian Council of super investors has awarded Sydney morning Herald journalist Stuart Washington with the ACSI media award for 2011 for his coverage of Trio Capital. Mr. Washington has covered Trio Capital extensively investigating and reporting on the topic from a number of different facets. Some of his articles on Trio are in my opinion inaccurate and unfairly portray my role in the Trio failure. These publications have adversely impacted on me. I understand that Mr. Washington has put in significant time and effort in exposing the events of Trio Capital. I do not have any concerns other than a few articles which are factually wrong. Did the ACSI judges use his entire body of work on Trio or a more limited subset of articles? So to ensure that the ACSI judges did not consider articles which contain inaccuracies or be considered defamatory, can you provide me the articles that the judges considered when awarding Mr. Washington the ACSI Media award for 2011?
