The Code and Other Information On the Kin Enthro First and foremost, welcome to the clan of Kin

Enthro! We are happy to have all of you and look forward to having many adventures in the world of Warframe as the game makes progress through the open beta. First, an introduction to the history of the clan: it all started with Kuosis as he selected the name and built the first dojo when the game was still in closed beta. Later -- when the game was in open beta -- Black Eagle joined and afterwards dc3pchun joined as well. When we felt that we reached a point that we were able to help newer players learn the ropes and obtain resources we began the process of renovating our old dojo and expanding to allow more players to join us. You are not required to spend any platinum or pay any tribute to anyone to be a member of this clan, but we would appreciate any resource donations to help fund the dojo and future research projects. Our rules are simple and should not be that hard to follow. There are not many things that can be done to warrant being kicked out of the clan but we will go over any possibilities that could lead to this. We will also be going over the positions of the clan so everyone can get an idea of what each position entails, understand that everyone will have an opportunity to be promoted. When we feel that you are ready for a promotion we will have a test so to speak in our dueling room once our layout has been finalized. But we will come to that later for now here are the regulations. REGULATIONS: The first and most important thing that we require in this clan is that you be polite and respect your fellow clan members! If for whatever reason you have a disagreement with another clan member work it out calmly and remember that getting angry does not solve anything. If an accord cannot be reached between those involved in the dispute speak with any of the Masters to help you resolve the matter fairly. As a member of Kin Enthro you are free to do what you wish in terms of missions, however should the Masters call upon you to perform a duty that is associated with your rank you will be expected to perform your duty when you are able to. If your position in the clan requires handling the layout and management of the rooms in the dojo remember to check in with the Masters before you initiate any room construction or destruction. We do not require that you play every single day but we would like to have a somewhat active membership, if you must stop playing for any period longer than three weeks (21 days) please notify one of the Masters. If a master is unavailable please notify a fellow clan member to notify the Masters when one is available. If you wish to leave the clan at any time you are free to do so simply notify the Masters as soon as possible.

PUNISHMENTS:

Depending on the nature of the offense punishment can range from a simple reprimand, to a demotion, to outright expulsion from the clan. Reprimands are generally harmless to your status in the clan unless the action is repeated, in which case after three reprimands for the same offense you will receive a demotion. The following will earn you a reprimand from the Masters or those who will eventually help the Masters monitor clan interactions among members. A repetition of these actions will earn a demotion if they continue after three reprimands. Being disrespectful towards another clan member by insulting them. Being rude to other members from different clans (we are all tenno, we all play the same game together! Simply because they are from a different clan does not give you the right to insult anyone!) Attempting to overcharge a fellow member for a part or mod that may not be worth that much. If you ever feel this is happening to you ask a senior officer or the Masters to give the fair price of the mod or part. Accidental/ intentional removal of a decoration without notifying the Masters of its removal. Vandalizing of any signs in the dojo with inappropriate, hurtful, racist, and or distasteful messages.

The following actions will result in a demotion of the player in question there will be no warning you will be demoted if you do the following. The duration of the demotion is subject to the nature of the offense and based on the judgment of the Masters. Intentional/accidental removal of any minor room such as a hallway with no major attachment, elevator with no major attachment, garden with no major room attached, or dueling room. Failure to perform any duty that is requested of you by the Masters of the clan after multiple requests (3 requests). Not properly enforcing regulations of the clan if your position requires you to do so, or if you see a clan member behaving inappropriately, and/or claiming to enforce a regulation that was never stated by the Masters or the officer in charge. Repetition of actions that warrant a reprimand will earn the member in fault a demotion immediately.

The final set of actions will result in expulsion from the clan once the Masters reach a consensus Intentional removal of a major room (reactor, clan hall, research labs) without any notification to the Masters or a proper reason. Blatant overcharging a fellow clan member for a trade and refusal to return any excess funds.

Being inactive for more than 21 days without notifying the Masters or anyone in the clan that you will be gone.

These are our regulations follow them to the best of your abilities, we understand that accidents happen and that eventually someone will break a regulation. We will review each case that warrants anything more than a reprimand, all clan members will be treated as innocent until proven guilty. DONATIONS: Large donations are by no means required for membership of Kin Enthro, we do this to help players who may need a clan for weapons or those who simply want to have a larger and more constant group of players to enjoy the game with. Donations are appreciated and we have a donation post in our clan hall, as we grow larger the research requirements will become larger and it will help the whole clan if you can donate what you can. A few polymer bundles that you dont need can go a long way in future dojo additions or weapons research. * Be aware that resource donations will become more and more necessary as we grow larger the transition from ghost to storm clan has tripled the required resources that were necessary for construction of any rooms, we expect this to be the trend when we make the transition to even larger clan levels* POLICY OF PROMOTION: Promotions in the clan can be earned in many ways from simply helping out fellow clan members learn the basics of the game or repeatedly helping with high level missions. To helping the Masters and other officers run the clan. Based on the nature of the position that you want you can receive a promotion without a trial. Certain jobs may require that you have a duel with the Master or a certain officer in the clan in order to be promoted. Your performance in this duel will not be the sole determining factor in your promotion but it will be a contributing factor. RANKS: Masters: The highest rank in the clan full rights to make any changes, demote, promote and remove any players from the dojo. There are currently only three Masters Black_Eagle2194, dc3pchun, and Kuosis. Sensei: The second highest rank in the clan, full rights to everything minus the ability to control the roles of those involved in the clan or manage the message of the day. Has all the privileges of an Officer but has the ability to discharge members from the clan. Officer: Third highest rank, can recruit, promote, build, host, trade, research, and manage resources if needed. Architect: A rank and position given to you that allows you to oversee and manage all layout and structural aspects of the dojo. Architects work with higher ranks to negotiate a good looking dojo. Representative: Fifth rank in the clan, whose main job is to search and recruit any players who are in need of help, want to provide help, and are willing to join the clan.

Advisor: Sixth rank in the clan, main role in the clan is to help out anyone in need of help and provide information to newer players. Initiate/Apprentice: The starting point for all new members of Kin Enthro. Everyone starts out as an initiate until they build a clan key, in which they are promoted to apprentice, who can contribute to the dojo. Tournaments: There will be a tournament periodically that will be hosted among all the members of the clan minus the Masters. The Masters will be overseeing the tournament and declaring a winner in the event of a tie. The rewards for winning the tournament will be a full Prime Set or a rare stance mod or other rare mod. The regulations for the tournament will be as follows: There will be only one weapon that will be used an unranked/ ranked Skana with no mods! You will be able to use only a stance mod if you have one but they are not required. The frame that you bring into the tournament must be the same frame throughout the entire tournament and must also be as close to rank thirty as possible and must follow the same regulation as the Skana, it must contain no additional mods. Any evidence of cheating and breaking the tournament rules will result in immediate disqualification and a ban from participation for one tournament. If you must take a leave from the game and you are about to fight in the next round of the tournament you must notify the Masters or the officer in charge that you will be unable to participate for whatever amount of time. After this notification preparations can be made to either postpone the tournament or have your round take place immediately. Failure to notify the Masters or officers of any extended leave for more than three days after your round is scheduled will result in you being disqualified from the tournament. You will still be allowed to participate in future tournaments but you will lose your position and progress in the current tournament.

Synopsis: This is a brief Synopsis of the constitution for any quick refreshment on the core principles of the clan and how we operate, to any newcomers that wish to join us this is an understanding of our goal and our full regulations and policies can be found in our constitution. The main purpose and the primary goal of this clan is to help any new players that may not have a clan to join and are looking for help in the initial stages of the game. We do not do this for personal reward, this is simply for the fun of the game and to help others have an easier time learning the basics rather than going into the breach alone. If the clan grows large enough, we plan to participate in future events and our goal will be to do our best to win those events, but again this is not our primary goal. The most important rule of this

clan will be that all members respect each other and other players in the game and have fair interactions with all other players as well. We will also host tournaments where rewards can range from rare mods to full sets of prime weapons; each tournament will be regulated to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to win the grand prize. Donations are also a required part but we only ask for about ten percent of your resources to help us fund the dojo and weapon research in the future especially as we grow in clan size. Everyone is welcome to join we do not discriminate on anything we simply ask that you remain polite and respect our rules.
