Project Exhibition Plan: Compiling artifacts and products in digital format (blog). Students will host the Friends of Northwestern and show them how we have used FoN grant money and technology to create our Blind Side Blogs and complete their major research projects. They will also be able to share the PSA they create for this unit at this time. Admin, teachers, Friends of Northwestern, and parents will be invited. Six students will present the website created by all of my classes meant to provide financial stability resources for classrooms, such as Trojan Way (Advisory) and Success After High School. The website will include financial stability standards written by the students, power points and videos. It will also link to students, and my blog.

Spanish students research and create a website promoting healthy choices for families in Rock Hill and recipes to try at home. Collecting data and analyzing to understand the impact of sports tourism on Rock Hill economy. I envision my class in conjunction with City of Rock Hill personnel presenting our findings to groups like the School District and City Council. Although, it is a bit early to determine at this point.

Showcase planters, geometry connections (with sun and angles) spotlight the historical famous alumni, debut website and present to the PBI committee through a Gallery Walk. We plan to hold the event at Castle Heights Middle School. This event would consist of various booths (manned by students along with local agencies and businesses). There will be tents set up on the front lawn of the school. Tents will host a variety of topics pertaining to the relationships between animals and humans in the past, present and future. This event will serve to raise public awareness of the plight of "unwanted" animals and what can be done to improve this situation. The public will be invited to come browse through he information we have collected and solutions we are posing to help reduce the number of pets are euthanized by the animal shelter. Fitness PSA's, selling tshirts to promote the obstacle course. Tire Run/Rope Run - $1 to run the course to continue the fitness plan for next year. Parents and community will be invited to attend. My students will be holding a "press conference" to release the website they designed. Students created a website highlighting all of the work RRMS students and faculty have done in order to raise money for a well in South Sudan.

Students will make presentations in groups sharing what they have learned about possible future careers. Students will be on stage in the school auditorium and sharing activities and information, each presentation will be different. Parents will be invited. Proposals for change to safety for STMS walkers to a group of guests from the city, district, and possibly more. We have scheduled this for June 2, 2014! 5th grade students from Lesslie came to Sullivan to participate in a student lead exhibition of information, activities, and games geared towards providing them information about why recycle, things that can be recycled (at school and at home), benefits of recycling, and ways to improve recycling efforts at Lesslie. Earth Day Birthday Celebration - Station to reflect greener choices. Earth Day Birthday Celebration - will help students understand recycling while creating a product from recycled goods. Lessons on compost bins before building one. Guiding kids with earth day birthday craft.

Helping those that can't help themselves animal research, introduced at the beginning of the year - goes into standards of $. $750. Research, products, Z00- Nursing home is complete (May 10th) Special Olympics - on Friday. mid-May (5th-12th) Renovating garden/pond area in courtyard to incorporate global and grade level studies. Students will also share with parents some of the recipes and demonstrate how easy it is to make healthier eating choices! Tolerance & Diversity - Students created PSA's and website to promote bully prevention. This will be shared with all grade levels during exhibtion. Garden boxes donated and creating a "How To" digital book on how to build a garden. Family Night out will be held either at NSES or ATC for students to showcase their work.
