ABSTRACT

Created in the late 19th century by Frederick Taylor, the scientific administration appeared to improve production by reducing costs in administrative systems. Taylor noted that these occurred failures that could be corrected if they were followed by some principles. Principles that are still being followed, and the purpose of this work to understand them and understand more about the management of quality, by means of research. After doing research and a study on the subject, we are trying to get a summary defining the scientific management and total quality management and finally performing a comparison showing how a back benefits to another and how it interferes with the current administration model.
