Descri"e your educational experience/artifact: This artifact gave me a chance to work on a few different educational internet sources. These included weebly.com, a website where anyone can create a website of their own. e has a group made a website that focused on the positives of balance in physical education and everyday life. The other website we used was prezi.com. ! really en"oy using prezi because it is a much more creative version of how powerpoint may work. !t allows a user to make interactive presentations that are bright and vibrant. #oth sites make it easy for a user to design and move through the work done, but also makes it fun to look at. ! en"oyed working with my group and together learning how balance is a common health component but has a larger impact on our lives than we think. $ou use balance in sports, dancing, running, and "ust when you%re walking. !t is important for people to learn how to improve on their balance and that is one of the points we make in our pro"ects.

The reason ! chose this standard is the use of technology is very prevalent in the pro"ect given. The student would have to navigate through a web+uest, which is a site created that directs them to multiple sites with a multitude of information and follow up +uestions given for them to answer at the end. &tudents need to understand how to use all forms of information to get to the desired and final answer. 0 1)latteville 2&! chose 2&-3.c1engages students in learning to align with the work. This 2&- is a direct reflection of how ! would want students to learn from everything ! give them. They should be engaged with online work the same as if the work comes in paper form. This means that the prezi ! present to them should have all the necessary information so they are engaged the whole time and they fully grasp the benefits of balance.

!n terms of learning, this e,perience has taught me how to use a weebly website to its highest ability. !t gives me the opportunity to broaden how ! learn which in turn helps me for future teaching e,periences. ! was always a paper pro"ect type of person but using the internet has become a daily occurrence in my life. !n terms of teaching, it%s important for me to incorporate several different methods of teaching to include all types of learners. eebly.com and prezi.com are both great starter sites for students who need more work developing their computer skills. They are part of the educational side but they are both fun and en"oyable to use.

(s a result of this e,perience, ! have learned that using the internet as a resource can be very positive in my teaching profession. There are several educational websites out there that provide the necessary tools for my students to learn from. They can learn how to create their own informational website and use it has a positive in their homework. ! also learned that as a teacher it is my responsibility to give my students everything they need to succeed in their schoolwork. This includes the internet and the proper way to use it. ! need to keep learning myself in order to teach others to the best of my ability.
