Background information There is no sole perpetrator for the crimes committed against the innocent public that has been caught in the crossfire of political warfare. Numerous people have been holding the reigns of militias that either attack indigenous tribes who stick to traditions that have been in conflict with other parts of Africa for years, or law enforcement that has killed protestors who tried to take a stand against the corrupted African government. Among the murderers who take advantage of disprivleged Africans is the church, so there is not always a solace to turn to. Thesis Statement: Africa's wavering politic position leaves an open seat for leaders to come in and commit democide against the civilians who have a differing political agenda.
