hereinafter referred to as the Schedule Premises to the Tenant and the Tenant has agreed
to ta:e the 8round 9%oor on 5onth%y Renta% basis sub;ect to the fo%%owing terms and

The duration of this renta% agreement is for a )eriod of 11 months in the first instance-
