Nothing
Tough call. Its not a conventional relationship between colleagues and fellow
professional consultants. Am very happy with the engagement so far.

Within workshops etc. knowledge of other organisational practices to provide a
form of benchmarking, sharing of ideas etc. would be useful to maintain

Sharing issues with others, and looking at my own
management style.
The skill and context from the training I have had are
benefit me the most.
Opportunity to support each and collaborate -
The experience and knowledge of trainer Stuart who has
been able to share his involvement of various crisis
management initiatives.
Sharing knowledge, experience and practices with staff
as well as reflecting and forward thinking on how to do
this differently.
I find Stuart's insights very interesting - he always hits
the spots and knows how to focus the group and add
value to what is being said.
I enjoyed the managing your impact course.
Being given the tools to assist with the pressures of

not only have been able to meet other managers but feel

The action learning sets were very helpful way to learn. I
benefitted from the opportunity to discuss with colleagues by
concerns or experiences. The consultant was always available
to offer positive solutions and the resources provided with be
very useful.

Is there anything you didn't get from the service that you were looking
for? (Please explain)
Not sure if I miss anything.
I didn't like the sense that the SMT were using the training to either gather information or
disseminate - messages etc. - became increasingly irritated by that part and was withdrawing my
input from them - enjoying the coffee!
No. There are still a few more Management Training dates left
Case studies of change management and people development would be helpful
Not from the service but from the training. When a session is advertised as being about finance,
rather than a chat, I would expect actual training.
I would have liked it to be have been more than once a month and more 1:1s
No, I am very satisfied with the service. However sometimes the time gap between sessions can
mean a loss of momentum, although I can also see why the time is required to allow for actions.
Some of the activities don't seem to be linked to the training. Also some activities aren't discussed
once they are completed so you don't know if what you have done is correct
Perhaps we could have spent slightly more time on the different management frameworks
Perhaps a way of communicating to the teams whose managers are on the training, which would
help them establish expectations about what the manager should be bringing back from the
sessions

1. It may be worth to provide a list of training you carry on to trainees. Hence there may be
potential training could be arranged
2. Staff Training sessions
3. I found the one to one very useful. problem solving really helps
4. Online ref library -
5. Specialist skills e.g. practical training
6. Career counselling?
7. I recently had a 1:1 session with the consultant which was really helpful. It would have
been useful to set targets at the beginning in a 1:1 session and have a follow up half way
through and at the end, away from the group.

9. Perhaps the opportunity to do group training with people in other roles, other than
management
