But it's certainly possible that this is connected in with HAARP

Let's build a giant system with aircraft or drones which take off and land and are un-piloted
told by computer, not humans, where to go spray
preprogrammed, take off and land by themselves
they go and conduct these operations, and all the human operator needs to do is program in the
objective
whatever that may be
Softer AI is able to take care of the rest
in order to achieve this outcome, this population receiving this amount of this particular strain of
organism
with these wind patterns and this storm system and Low pressure and High pressure systems
this relative humidity
we need to calculate the following flight paths
we need this many aircraft
The system would take care of all of that
That's how AI might link into this on a lower level
On a higher level
how AI fuses with this

How so?, if a human isn't a Turing machine the you can learn him the rules and give him the
instruction tape and he will perform the same as Tm.
Humans can certainly replicate TMs. It's uncertain whether a TM can replicate a human. If the
Universe is a simulation running on a TM, then humans are replicable and therefore Hard AI is
possible on a Von Neumann architecture, which would be an exciting discovery.

for space. Ben showed this and made the statement, "We now have
the technology to take ET home". He made this statement in 1993,
but did not say how long we have had this tech.
There was a Q&A after the lecture. In this Q&A, he told the
engineers that it was now possible to travel to the stars. There
was an error in the equations which was corrected. The time of
travel is fast, but he didn't say how fast.
Ben said he believed that security was too oppressive and that
the time had come to develop this technology in the commercial
world now that the cold war has ended. Months later he died of
cancer.
Jan is going to consult with his friend Tom who was also present
and do an article on this in a future MUFON Journal.

Psychopaths manipulate people around them and get what they want. They tend to rise to the top.
That's clearly the situation that we're in. We've got psychopaths with all the money that have managed
to get together the scientists and the resources and formulate a long-term plan in order to do this.
It will be up to all of us to stop them.
Begin by identifying and taking stock of where we're at.
If this was the good ole West, these people would have been taken care of by good men a long time
ago. But they're hiding behind this sphere of legalese and a framework of lawyers.
And ultimately, police and military that are standing there and defending them.
It certainly is a predicament that we're in, isn't it?
Part of our task is to have everyone work together to establish real leaders and not leaders that they
give us (controlled opposition to lead us in the wrong way).
That's going to start by everybody looking into themselves, into their own hearts, into the line of good
and evil that divides their own heart.
From there we can work outward and decide how we're going to deal with this.
