Goal: Focus on ensuring that all student needs are met while at the same time empowering
students critical thinking skills.
cti!ities:
1. Small Group "nstruction with empahsis on target groups.
2. cti!ities that #oster not onl$ student de!elopment throug groups% &ut also through
independence and e'ploration.(on)directed learning% and teaching students to learn #rom
written and tutorial directi!es as well as teacher lead instructions.
3. "mpro!ing the natural class acti!ities such as re!iews and *ui++es% and making them
adapta&le to small groups. ,eaching students to think on their own% &ut also how to properl$
seek and e'plore in#ormation.

Small groups are incorportated on re!iew da$s and at least once a week. Students are a&le to
work with peers and ke$s are pro!ided so that students are a&le to assess their own work. ,he$
are also encouraged to mo!e to a target group that " work with as the$ see needed.

Goal: "ncorporate more o# the e!er$da$ use o# technolog$ into the classroom. ,each students
that technolog$ can &e used as a tool and not /ust a social outlet.

the teacher inside the realm o# the classroom .

when designing or implementing ideas or new techni*ues.

caclulator called desmos which allows me to e'plore deeper concepts than our regular ,i34s.

Goal: ,o increase not onl$ m$ own personal in!ol!ement in the school &ut also the other
school groups.

1. 0ngineer Student Council acti!ities that help &uild school pride% increase societ$ awareness
o# speical e!ents% and de!elop more student leaders on the campus.
2. -articipate in more campus committees and mo!e #rom a passi!e role as a teacher to more
o# an asserti!e role.
3. -articipate in the di##erent acti!ities that administration% sta##% and students designate to
impro!e the en!ironment o# the school.
