To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to extend my sincere recommendation of America Pimentel. I
have had the pleasure of knowing America for three years as her Advisory and
math teacher. America came to Yampah Mountain High School as a junior. I was
instantly struck by her vibrant smile and her bubbly personality. I came to find that
behind her outgoing personality is also an intelligent, spiritual, and passionate
young woman.
As a student, America is a math teachers dream. She has a love for
learning, especially mathematics. Over the past few years her love of science has
also grown due to her strong desires to be a part of taking care of the earth and its
precious resources. As America prepares to embark upon life after high school
her goals include attending college to learn more about solar energy and solar
panels. Her other interests include the culinary arts, cosmetology, and caring for
animals.
I know America will forge a path of success for herself. In her short life she
has overcome many challenges and has come through those challenges with a
positive and take-charge attitude. It is with great respect and honor that I give her
