but if we dont have it, we can find it in the red.

As soon as a researching team uploads a sequence on the red you can use it.
When you need a program to work with bioinformatics, you can use NCBI or Gene Bank.
When you need a program to make a plasmid you can use NEBcutter.
If you dont know where a restriction site is, you can use the NEBcutter too.
As long as you alignment a sequence you can see the plasmid like a circle.
When you need to analyze the difference between two or more sequences you can use the Blast program.
Like in a lab, you can use two or more restriction enzymes until you can cut the virtual DNA.
And you can built a new plasmid if you have enough knowledge.
