The peei teaching evaluation is intenueu to be not just an evaluative piocess but also an
oppoitunity to ieceive constiuctive feeuback to impiove teaching effectiveness. Though
each piogiamSchool may have theii own piocess foi peei teaching evaluation, this foim is
intenueu to pioviue a sample mouel foi both a foimative anu summative evaluation.
